Longyou plum (scientific name: Armeniaca mume var. tortuosa T. Y. Chen et H. H. Lu) is a plant of the genus Armeniaca in the family Rosaceae. It is a cultivated variety of plum. The branches of Longyou plum are twisted, straight or oblique, without thorns, and the twigs are light green with dark gray purple-brown spots on half of the branches. There are usually 1-2 flowers on medium and short branches. The petals are disc-shaped and relatively flat. There are 4 layers of petals, which are sparsely stacked. The front and back are both milky white, and the pedicels are short. The flowering period is from late January to early February.
